Triguna according to Nature is Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. Sattva is wisdom, the Intelligence that directs us to choose right real estate that appreciates faster. Rajas is force that is responsible for action to implement these projects in quick time. Tamas represents non active force, which gives the higher appreciation and returns while relaxing.
Triguna started its real estate projects with this philosophy and has been able to create wealth for all its customers and also a beautiful property that becomes the envy of others and the pride of the owner. That is why we say with Triguna, ‘Appreciation Guaranteed’.
Our Beginning
Triguna started as an idea between two great friends, who also happen to share the same first name Raghu, both being technocrats had a strong desire to build something that stands the test of time and transforms the lifestyle of its customers and stake holders. With a vast knowledge in real estate and experience of construction, the two friends decided to build a real estate business with great passion, that can provide great value for its customers and they decided to call the company Triguna as that was what they wanted to achieve, Sattva, Rajas and Tamas.
